ICCS has opened the Internet site (hereinafter "the Site") accessible at the following URL address: www.iccs.lu. Use of the Site implies compliance with the terms of these conditions of use. By accessing the Site, any Internet user browsing the Site declares that he/she has read and accepted the reservations of the present conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

Free service

The use of the service set up by ICCS and described in the present general conditions is entirely free.

However, the equipment (computer, telephone, software, means of telecommunication, etc.) allowing access to this service are at the exclusive charge of the Internet users, as well as the costs of connection to the Internet network.

Intellectual property

Access to the Site grants users a private and non-exclusive right to use the Site. All the elements published on this Site, in particular the texts, photographs, logos, brands, videos... constitute works within the meaning of the intellectual property code. Consequently, any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, that could be made without the consent of their authors or rightful owners is illegal.

Confidentiality measures

ICCS has put in place resources to securely store personal information in order to prevent loss, alteration or piracy. The storage systems are only accessible by a limited number of authorized persons.

Risks related to the Internet network

The services on the Site are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond ICCS’s control, and subject to maintenance periods and possible breakdowns.

The transfer rates and response times of information circulating between the Internet network and the website platform are not guaranteed by ICCS. Indeed, the speed of information circulation is not related to the access service offered by ICCS, but to the inherent characteristics of online networks relating to the technical means of absorbing the traffic generated.

ICCS reminds users of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network and declines all responsibility for the consequences of users' connection to this network via the Site.

In particular, ICCS cannot be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to users, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and for the consequences that may arise from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

ICCS cannot be held responsible for any use by third parties of the elements appearing on the personal areas of the site. Nor can ICCS be held responsible if one or more users are unable to connect to the website due to a technical fault or any other problem linked in particular to network congestion.

Suspension and termination

ICCS may unilaterally and at any time temporarily or permanently suspend the online availability of its website without being held liable and without this giving rise to the allocation of damages of any kind whatsoever.

The general terms and conditions of use are governed by the law of Luxembourg and any dispute relating to their execution and/or interpretation shall be submitted to the Luxembourg courts. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name of ICCS and/or its logo as well as all trademarks, designs or models mentioned and/or presented on this site or any other linked site, for any purpose whatsoever and in particular for advertising purposes without the prior written consent of ICCS.
